Appstar Sales People lie to get a sale San Diego, California
I have a small business, a hair salon. The Sales Person, Kristi, lied and did NOT give accurate imformation when selling me the charge machine service through Appstar. I have a renter that is part time and doesn't have many sales and her cost is absurd! There is a $95.00 yearly fee,for both of us, taken off right away. The customer service is terrible. I have had to make countless calls to get it set up right. I couldn't even use the machine when it arrived, it wasn't set up right. DO NOT do business with them. I wish I had checked on line to see all the complaints before I signed. It turns out to be VERY expensive!
