When hiring this Nashville, TN based company, I was assured that gutter cleaning would be as their ad said, "hand bagged from gutters. " They did not even have any bags with them. They got up there with a pressure spraying hose and blew it out of my gutters all over the windows, the deck, the steps.
I stopped them and told them they were supposed to be hand bagging it. I was assured they would clean it up - - but they did not hand bag. I had to send them on their way. I called the scheduler about it. She told me they had to spray it out of the gutters; there was too much debris. She would not send another crew.
Of course, leaving like they did, they never got around to replacing the corner lights. They had little command of English.
