Complaint Review: Aptela

Aptela is a completely sham of a company and the worst part about it is, they are too unorganized to even know it how bad they really are. Complete Rip-Off so save your time and money Herndon Virginia

No need to bloviate so here are the facts:


<!--Cant dial by extension to contact other users on the aptela system

<!-The polycom transfer button doesnt allow a transfer to occur

<!>The transfers requires excessive pressing of *s or #s

<!--Was told efax capability was included at no charge; not the case as I noticed surprise charges on my bill.

<->Aptela doesnt truly integrate with the polycom voip phones.

<!--Click to connect in outlook does not work;

<!- Cant flip call to cell phone from polycom; must login to account and use the web interface.

<!--Constant reoccurring issues with the billing department.

<!- Limitations of customer service via telephone.  Billing department (Megan Marshall) refused to reverse incorrect charges.

<!--Hold times for customer support have been consistently over twenty five minutes.

<!--The Sales department does not communicate with the technical department and billing.


Whatever you do, do not give them your credit or debit card.  They will charge you until the cows come home and then some.  Save yourself time and money, stay away!
