This company sold us a good phone system and then managed to really mess it up. They built a system that we think was based on Sylantro and could never get the voice quality, telephone connections to work.

I would highly suggest looking for a different hosted solution based on BroadSoft or Asterisk. Not only did they provide bad products, but customer support and porting to a different service provider has become a nightmare.
