APX ALARM  TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE provo, Utah

I am going to start to tell you that I had looking into this company reports and I saw hundreds if not thousands of complaints.  This is my situation last year I was out of my home working for the United States Army, while out of my home a salesman from APEX contact my wife offering a security alarm for the house, knowing that I have service with another alarm company. He promises her $1,200 dollars and many other things. My wife couldn't contact me on time to let me know about this situation and proceeded to tell this guy to go ahead.  He told my wife, that the only thing that she has to do is to call the other company and tell them that you want to terminate the service. This salesman knew that, he was telling her a lie, because in the alarm companies contract, if you don't tell them within certain period of time they will renew it without ask. When I returned home from my job and I found out what happened.

Immediately I told her to call APEX and cancel that contract because they were committing TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE. The company told her no. When she told me that, I called the company and this lady that I spoke with told that their company doesn't do this, that they are an honest company. Well, explained to her if they are so honest why they did it. To put me in at ease she told me that the only way that I can disconnect the service is, if I give them three names and numbers of my friends to see if one of them wants the service, in that way my equipment will be transfer to them. Sir, what kind of friend I would be, if I do something like that to any of my friends, knowing that their service really stinks. 

Another thing is that they told me that they will not charge me from Feb - Apr.  They are doing this to try to keep as a client.  Now, my contract with the Army has end and I am unemployed right now. I haven't work in four months, if things continue this way I may have to foreclosure my house.  I don't need any extra bills; I am having enough hard time to pay what I owe.  The only thing that I want is for them to come and take their equipment and put the other company equipment back. Right now I am paying two companies for one service.  It is not fair that corrupt salesman is allowed to do things like this.  I served in the military for over 24 years and I treated everybody with dignity and respect.
