We have requested explanations of our water "facility" and "sewer" charges and continue to get "because your in "that neighborhood"". Without a drop of water being used our base bill is a little over $90 a month. The water is not drinkable as it tastes horrible! It makes our clothes stink if there is not a fabric softner or bleach used. They continue to want to increase prices.
