Aqua EWP, LLC Bob Atlas $500 Lesson why Aqua EWP is a SCAM Internet
I bought a system from Robert or Bob Atlas for $500 and was told how to run it. I ran it, as advertised, and it did not work.
Yes, I know how to check water purification equipment, I am a chemical engineer in the water purification business for over 12 years. Bob would not return my phone calls about it.
I chalked it up to a loss, because I knew the system sounded too good to be true, and Bob proved that it was.
About a year later Bob contacted me asking if I ever got it to work. I told him no, not at all. I thought maybe he turned over a new leaf, and he offered to check over the system. I paid to ship the system back to him.
Bob checked out our unit and said it was broke, but also out of the 1 year warranty. So instead of returning the unit to me, he kept it, and said I could apply my purchase price toward a $3000-$4000 system. Obviously I declined that "generous" offer and decided to burn my money before I would give another dollar to Bob Atlas.
My $500 lesson was Aqua EWP is a company that will over-promise and under-deliver, but still gladly take your money.

I Don't Think Aqua EWP is an Intentional Scam

I believe Aqua EWP and Bob Atlas truly believe in this product they have, but I can not get it to work, and had horrible customer service when I tried to get it to work. A true test of a company, in my eyes, is when you have a problem how that problem is handled.
I felt my problem was ignored with the hopes it would just go away.
I don't believe Aqua EWP is an intentional scam, but it does appear to me, and my experience shows, it is a poorly run company when it comes to customer service.
