Complaint Review: Aqua Pro Systems

I was sold this home filtration system same as cash for a considerable amount of money and promised all kinds of perks. The company was quick to install the unit but then I could not get a hold of them for service.  They would never return my calls.  I finally called the bank I financed the unit with and learned that they are out of business, but the bank still wants their money.  If the company defaults on service aren't they breeching contract?
