Complaint Review: Aqua Resource Group

Unfortunately, I agree with all of the other reports I have read. I was fooled by these white collar criminals in June 2006. I thought I did my due diligence prior to paying my $22,000. I drove up to the company, met Saul Tarzi in person, Robert Snyder, Robert Lech, and others. The facility was state of the art on the surface. I even made them give me 5 references before paying and I called every one of them. Their numbers are now disconnected.

Morgan Erro was my rep. He seemed like he was trying to get things done for me, but there was always an issue. I complained enough and had a conference call with one of the owners, Richard Driscoll. He said everything was "getting handled", but it was still a total joke trying to make headway.

The power rewards system was a hoax. The realtor CD's, business card cd's, you name it, it was all a lie.

Anyway, now I'm stuck with bogus cruise packages. I also ordered vouchers for sets of golf clubs and mountain bikes, which will never be made good on.

If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit against these crooks, I'd be interested in joining.
