Complaint Review: Aqua star international

 In 2014 I reached out to Aqua star to inquire about the possible purchase of machines. I talked to a young woman who was rude and definitely not knowledgeable. I then received a call from the owner who was less than friendly. When I inquired about pricing he basically told me that was the price and if I didn't like it I could take my business elsewhere. When I called back to get some technical questions answered I talked to done kid who was totally useless and seemingly knew nothing about the machines. His name was r something. This company are a bunch of idiots that have no knowledge of customer service, technical expertise or common courtesy. It's a good thing they all have the last name otherwise they might not have jobs in s real company. I did buy 10 machines from a Phoenix company. Do not recommend Aqua Star International.
