Aqua Technology - Basement Doctor Did not complete job and will not refund money, Consumer Fraud, Fraudulent billing Wyandotte Road Pennsylvania
I had a salesman from Basement Doctor come to my house and promise that they would provide the "Cadilac" of basement water proofing. They did not complete the job yet billed my credit card, and even changed the amount that was to be billed.
The job they does not work at all. They did not complete the job per the contract and on parts of the basement they actually covered it up with concrete to make it look like laid the pipe underneath but there was no pipe laid.
I tried to get a refund but they refuse and it looks like I will have to try to go to court.
They themselves have admitted that the job was not complete nor professionally done but simply refuse to give back the money.

Aqua Technology was incorporated in November 0f 2006. It purchaused some equiptment and phone numbers from several companies that were out of business . This gentleman called off of one of the old phone numbers we purchaused. His work was done by another company NOT Aqua Technology inc.
