Complaint Review: Aqua Texas

Aqua Texas provides zero customer service to go along their zero water pressure all for over $150/month for water service.  This is the WORST utility service we've ever experienced and I wish we could bypass their ultra-poor service (the HOA requires all home in the area to use this pitiful company).  How do you get Aqua to provide sound, quality service when they technically have the monopoly in our neighborhood?!  aaaaarrrrrrrggggghhhh!!!
