Complaint Review: Aqua Vida Water LLC

We purchased a system about 3 years ago which they have replaced 3 times and every time it blows carbon throughout our home.  We have had to clean carbon out of all of our faucet filters and have black water every time the system regenerates.  The company never returns phone calls and never answers their office phone. They only way I finally got in touch with them was by chance of saving the phone number of the owner when he called me one time.  Calvin Sr and Calvin Jr ASSURED us that they have never had this issue with their systems until Calvin Jr accidentally mistook my husband for another customer who was having the same issue.  There are other complaints against this company if you search the internet.
