THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, I HAVE BUILT 3 POOLS IN THE PAST AND THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE, THEY TOOK ALMOST $100,000 FOR A CUSTOM POOL , THEY STARTED DECEMBER 10TH 2007 AND MY POOL IS STILL NOT FINISHED, THE OWNERS DAVE AND MICHELLE WILLIAMSON ARE CROOKS,
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CAN'T SPELL ACCOUNTABILITY!! I HAVE CALLED, WRITTEN LETTERS ASKING THEM TO FINISH, NO RESPONSE, I HAVE ABOUT $6,500 WORTH OF WORK IN A POOL FIREPIT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU THAT YOUR CUSTOM PIECE IS BEING MADE. ( FOR 8 MONTHS) THE ONLY HONEST PERSON IN THE COMPANY ALISON LEFT BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY LIE AND CHEAT THEIR CLIENTS.
THEY ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT THAT SAYS THEY WILL BUILD A POOL IN 60 DAYS BUT, THERE IS NO CLAUSE TO HELP THE CONSUMER WHEN THEY BREACH THEIR CONTRACT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE CLOSING THEIR DOORS AND SHUTTING DOWN THE CORPORATION AND OPENING UP UNDER ANOTHER NAME. JUST MAKE SURE YOU RUN WHEN YOU SEE THE NAME DAVE OR MICHELLE WILLIAMSON.

I wanted to update this report, because I found out that this company who can't finish their pools is shutting the doors and opening up a new company called WORKING MANS POOLS.
If you want your pool to take 8 months or longer and not get finished these are your guys. They have never REFUTED any of my assertions or claims, they don't respond to BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINTS either they just don't care and feel they don't have to be accountable. The worst one of the bunch is the owners wife who lies through her teeth MICHELLE WILLIAMSON she handles the books and billing, where is the money going???
