PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Aquadry is nothing more than a scam! If I could find every person that would even consider hiring aquadry and warn them against it, I would. Larry Maxson, the psychotic, lying owner, prides himself on his Kudzu reviews but has most negative reviews removed and I doubt the validity of the "positive" reviews considering he has an F on the BBB. Check Yelp and home advisor for more of their negative reviews from other really pissed off home owners. Do thorough research before you decide to hire these people to come destroy your home and sell you an $11,000 service ($10,000 if you sign up on the spot! ::side eye::) that isn't worth the cheap Harbor Freight materials they use. He promised us quality materials and equipment but used a $60 sump pump from Harbor Freight! What professional uses HF?? For our giant basement, he used a fan rated for a crawl space less than 20% the size of our basement. Seriously, he nor his company has any business doing the work they do. Completely incompetent and incapable of doing the work they're selling. We had several more reputable waterproofing companies come out and assess the damages and they knew right away Aquadry did the work by how AWFUL it was. Seriously, we didn't tell them, they guessed because they've had to fix Aquadry's mistakes and are familiar with the s**t they do. These people need to have their business license revoked. That's the other thing, when he comes to give you the 1.5 hours long presentation (that your spouse has to be present for! ::side eye again::), he'll say he's licensed and insured. There is no contractor license for basement waterproofing! His "license" is a business license. There are NO required qualifications to basement waterproofing in the state of GA. So guys like him, who have no idea what they're doing, can go around and ruin people's homes and take their money. The humidity in our house shot up to 90% after they left and we had to spend $500 to get a dehumidifier. The water that was pouring into the basement now sits in our foundation walls doing even more damage. DO NOT HIRE THEM! PLEASE! The owner has NO problem lying about anything and everything to take all of your money. It's not worth it
