Complaint Review: AQUAEVO AQUAGIANTS TIME PAYMENT CORP

I SIGNED A CONTRACT TO RECEIVE AND HAVE INSTALLED A WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS' HOME IN PHOENIX, AZ. 2 GUYS NAMED ZACK AND VAL INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT AND GAVE US A GUARANTEE OF SERVICE THAT INCLUDED ONCE A YEAR FILTER CHANGE AND FREE MAINTENANCE OR TROUBLESHOOTING. THE FILTERS WERE REPLACED ONCE A YEAR AFTER CALLING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND REMINDING THEM. IT TOOK AN AVERAGE OF 3-4 ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM SINCE THEY NEVER RETURN ANY CALLS.

NEVERTHELESS, IT'S 114 DEGREES IN PHOENIX AND MY PARENTS DON'T DRIVE, THE EQUIPMENT STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY AND I'VE BEEN TRYING TO REACH ZACK KREMNITSER SINCE JULY '12 TO LET HIM KNOW THAT MY PARENTS HAVEN'T BEEN USING THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND HAVE BEEN PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR EXPENSIVE BOTTLED WATER. EVERY TIME I TALK TO HIM HE IS IN SAN FRANCISCO AND CANNOT COME BY TO FIX THE MACHINE. HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL COMPENSATE US 3 (THREE) MONTHS WORTH OF PAYMENTS AND THAT HE WILL COME TO FIX THE UNIT IN THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. OF COURSE, HE NEVER SHOWED NOR DID HE CALL.

AFTER LEAVING HIM 3 MESSAGES ON HIS CELL PHONE AND SENDING HIM 2 EMAILS, AS WELL AS COMPLAINING TO THEIR FINANCE COMPANY "TIME PAYMENT CORP" HE FINALLY CALLED ME BACK SAID THAT HE FORGOT AGAIN AND HE WON'T BE BACK IN PHOENIX FOR A WHILE. I ADVISED HIM THAT WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING (!) ON OUR PART TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND GIVING THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT SEVERAL TIMES, AND THAT WE HAVE FULFILLED OUR PART OF THE CONTRACT CONTINUOUSLY, BUT EVERY TIME THERE WAS A DIFFERENT EXCUSE TO GET OUT OF HIS OBLIGATIONS.

I FINALLY HAD IT WITH HIM AND THE FAKE PROMISES AS WELL AS HIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (I PAID MONTHLY $43 ALTHOUGH THE UNIT HAS NOT BEEN IN USE FOR 3 MONTHS WAITING TO BE FIXED), I TOLD HIM THE MACHINE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP AND I DEMANDED COMPENSATION OF THE EXTREME INCONVENIENCE, MY PARENTS' EXPENSES, MY OWN EXPENSES, I HAD TO GO THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT SOURCES TO ACQUIRE HIS NEW PHONE NUMBER AFTER HIS OLD NUMBER GOT DISCONNECTED AND HE DISAPPEARED. HE SAID HE CHANGED HIS MIND AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE WHAT HE PROMISED. AT THAT POINT I TOLD HIM TO PICK THE UNIT UP AND CALL IT "EVEN", HE PICKED UP THE UNIT AND TOLD ME TOO BAD I STILL HAVE TO PAY OVER $300 TO BUY OUT THE CONTRACT. IS THAT FAIR????
