Complaint Review: aquakleen water systems

Aquakleen Rep came out and showed us their water filtration system.  $4100.50 was the price, but the cpntract was NOT FULLY FILLED out in that the Rep did not fill in dates for our right to cancel.  That was all blank.  They came out the following morning at 7AM and installed system.  It broke down within a week, was repaired and broke down again.  A complaint was filed with our credit card company who reversed the charge, then Aquakleen  recharged our credit card again.  We had another company come lok at the systen and he noted it was not functioning properly.  Complaints were filed with the BBB and the Attorney General.  Aquakleen wants to only return $2,000 to us and let us keep soaps etc.  But we refuse and want a full refund.
