Pool was installed March 2022. Footer allowance was prepaid and not used completely. Attempted multiple times since March to obtain reimbursement via contact with original salesman Brandon. Septic line was damaged during install and receipts for reimbursement were submitted to Brandon without resolution.

Filter gauge has never worked which was also communicated to Brandon without resolution. Concrete is cracking in all four corners and is now sinking on one side of pool. I emailed COO Donovan Naras all of the above information on 8/27/2022, asking to hear from someone by the next business day (8/29/2022).

On 8/28/2022, Donovan forwarded the email to project coordinator Adriana and to accounting person Patricia but we have not heard back and thus seek assistance in obtaining resolution to all of the above issues.
