Complaint Review: Aquarium Creations Online

I had placed my order on March 27, it was my birthday.  I ordered 5 sea slugs and one star fish.  They sent items I didn't order and I'm only guessing I would be happy with that.  The items they sent were less in value and not even on the website.  After several emails and phone calls I finally got someone on the phone.  I complained about what they sent and he even knew what I got wasn't what I had ordered.  I inquired about why they don't answer the phone or answer emails.  I was told that they had a death in the family, which I had previously saw a complaint in which they used the same sick excuse.  They also told me that the Century Link email has been down, BS.  He assured me that he would send it out on Thursday, which this was Monday.  I took his word for and hung up the phone.  After not receiving my order, Thursday past, then Friday, and a week later I continued to call with no answer.  You can't leave a message because their box is full, go figure.  I then contacted both the BBB and the local PD for their area.  The PD was not going to take my report claiming it was a civil matter.  Now I'm a supervisor with U.S. Customs & Border Protection and had been a deputy sheriff before that so I know a little about the law.  I argued with them that what this company was doing is Fraud.  Finally they took the report and gave me a case number telling me they would get back with me in a couple of days.  I asked that they only do a knock & Talk letting them know that they have a complaint.

If I were you, I would never do business with these people, they lie and take your money.  This is a warning, don't do business with these people.
