Complaint Review: Aquativa

We bought an aquativa system back in Sept.08 after we got our water tested and were told all the money we would save. We got offered free soaps for 7 years of offset the cost. I tried to get ahold of our local dealer in November to ask about the free offer and got a disconnected #. I called the finance company and the had the same # and no other way to get ahold of them. I called their website # and was told by a lady named Valerie that they had not received any paperwork from the San Antonio dealer since Sept. Very convenient! They asked us to fax our paperwork and pictures of our system and serial #s to verify that it was theirs because they had had fake claims. I have not heard back from them since! Now all phones are not working and I am stuck with a bill for god knows what, because for all I know it is not even legit!! Has anyone found a way to get out of it? I found one report saying to file a report with the police regarding theft by fraud, has anyone done that and has it helped?
