Of all the experience I have had with customer service in many, many different industries, the customer service provided at AquaTraders.com is the worst. They ignore emails; there are huge delays in order processing; the phone rep's are rude & condescending (if one can be reached).

In my experience, my credit card was approved upon placing my order, but literally three weeks later, I received a (rude) email instructing me to mail al money order or having my order cancelled. No explantion was given, even after repeated requested from me.

Merchandise is by far the cheapest I could find anywhere. Unfortunately, it's very low-grade Chinese-made poor quality stuff that doesn't last long.

Their warranty is a very short 30 days. Worse yet, shipping is again at the customer's expense.

I honestly wonder how much longer this company will be in business.
