Complaint Review: ARA 1 LLC Pro Manage LLC

I rented an apartment from the worst company ever! if you are looking to rent a a place in Conyers, GA! DO NOT RENT FROM Ara 1 or Pro manage LLC! The neglect their properites. They over charge for the perporites! i have rented from them for 2 yrs. I had to beg ans plead with them to fix anything un my apartment. When i call they takes days to return my calls. And weeks to fix anything. They also tried incresse my rent and didnt increase anyone else rent in the units that they owned! They lied and told me that my rent would never increase. And it doesent state anywhere in my lease about rental increase. This company owns property everywhere in Atlanta. Do NOT rent from them! They will take advantage of you and they dont care about there tenants!
