These people lied to my face that their dresses "were the highest quality from India". When I got home I put the dress in cold water in the sink as the label described. The red dye immediately washed out and turned the sink and white parts of the dress blood red. I took the dress back to the same person who had just sold me the dress. Her previous "all smiles" changed to "we do not accept refunds or exchanges" and I was showed the door.
They are dishonest and openly defraud their customers with false information to sell their defective clothing. Their hopes are that customers are tourists and will not bother to return the merchandise. And if you do return it they refuse refunds/exchange.
