As a National "Recruiting & Staffing Agent" your duties will be to pre-screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. You'll then assist them by setting up face to face interviews with companies that have hired us and who want to interview them. Post positions to appropriate internet job boards, conduct internal database searches, and online searches. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and up and coming job orders that you will be assigned to. Submit qualified candidates to open job orders. (Extensive Training Is Provided)

Entry Level Full Time can earn up to - $45,844/yr (1st year)

Experienced Recruiters can earn - $81,535

We use a Web-Based overview process.  This saves us money and saves you time of having to drive to our local office. You
will NOT need a webcam or a microphone, and you don't have to get dressed up for the company overview as we will not see you, but you will see us.

Any questions you may have about this position will be answered on your overview day. (Please write down your questions before hand so you don't forget) We will send you instructions to attend the live company overview, and also provide you with a reminder call and email the day of as well.

 PS. Do NOT hesitate, positions will be filled quickly....

 I went through the process and what it is, they are selling "job leads" to you for you to recruit from. You need to purchase a "virtual office" for hundreds of dollars and then they "create" or "allow you access" to their "back office". The thing is, they are reselling the same "job leads" to everyone and most do not exist. While the "mike" was open during the "web meeting" I could hear them laughing about how many they were able to sell. When I asked about the same leads being provided to everyone, I heard them say it was time to "shut it down".  You were able to type in your questions etc. in a sort of skype format, instant messaging. They are preying upon those who are sincerely trying to find legitamite work and profiting from it.
