Aramark Uniform Services Aramark is trying to extort funds from our organization after failing to provide basic customer service Fresno California
After providing horrible service we cancelled our contract in early 2013 with Mr Paul Pinaker. (He is no longer with the company) The driver then should have picked up any remaing items but never picked them up after we cancelled our contract. This leads me to believe that this is a standard business tactic for Aramark to get funds for items that are past thier useful life. We still have some towel and a mat that was never picked up. When we cancelled the contract they continued to bill us for the towels and mat that they left here at a higher rate then on our previous invoices. We have tried to contact Aramark on numerous occasions to resolve the issue but all of our attempts were futile and they sent us to collections. Aramark is clearly trying to extort funds from our organiztion, when clearly they failed to provide basic customer service, that would have saved all of us valuable time and money.

Aramark contacted us and remdied the situation. They came by and picked up the items they left and recalled the collections case.

A day after filing the report a representitive from Aramark contacted our organization in response to our report. The representitve asked us to send any backup documentation to him. He said he would look over it and call us back within 2 business days. It has been over 2 weeks since we sent over the documentation and we have yet to hear back from him with a resolution.
