Complaint Review: Arany International LLC

Jill Gibson called for pilot car services, after following our "new company set up" rules by providing DOT/MC numbers, phone and fax numbers, email address, and a copy of her business credit card for her file. She requested pilot cars 3 times, so 3 invoices were emailed AND faxed to her. 

After some lengthy time went by, we tried contacting her by phone to collect on payment. Only got her on the phone just a few times, with Jill saying she would be mailing out the check to us. Never received a penny on any of the invoices. Have tried NUMEROUS times to call, text, email, and fax with no response.  

Jill Gibson dba Arany International LLC, currently owes us for pilot car services over $3,000 and refuses to acknowledge any attempts made to contact her or collect on the invoices for services rendered.  I even spoke with one of the truck drivers from one of the loads we did for them, and he stated that he no longer works for her, and she owes him over $4,000. 

This lady needs to be held accountable, and pay what she owes! She also deserves to be in jail for theft of services.
