Arash is the most charming, well spoken, liar I have probably met to this day. In 2011 he asked me for a $25,000 loan for 2 weeks. Safe to say, its been 4 years and I have yet to see a single dime. He borrows money from "friends" and then turns against them after he has extracted all that he can. He is a typical case of robbing Peter to pay Paul scenario.
