Pay attention to this carefully, don't let these guys get into your pocket
I needed an attorney and did not have the national debt in reserves so I talked to a friend and he told me to hire this guy Aresh Shiirdel, and Eric Amaya as my attorney. It all started out ok the one attorney Aresh Shirdel seemed to know what he was doing. Man after hree months with this guy it was clear to me this guy Mr. Shirdel does not have a clue as to what he is doing, the other guy Eric Amaya said he was a junior attorney, but he looked rather real yound to be an attorney but anyway I recieved his first bill that was somewhat reasonable. Then the second bill came after two weeks and I was frekin blown away. $26,452.00. I then called my friend who recomended him and he said he would call him for me. I never heard from my supposed friend and so I went to another Orange County attorney who told me to stay clear of Aresh Shirdel and Eric Amaya as they are being investigatied for all sorts of s**t by California as it s well known in the legal community in Orange County
After hearing that I contacted the local Police in Santa Ana, and they told me that this was a civil matter and there was nothing that they could do. Then after all of this I find out that this attorney Aresh Shirdel has been sued with his former partner Victoria something, who is also an attorney for cheating and lying and Im in the frekin middle of this with these two bozo's. So ok I get past this and were ready to go to court and this Amaya attorney calls me up and says they wont appear in court until I pay the balance. Well you guessed it I told them both to get screwed. I thenhad to hire another attorney who stopped all of his paperwork and told me the s**t that Aresh Shirdel filed was crazy. As a matter if fact it wasnt even law.
One billing says that he charges 400.00 an hour and another now says he charges 325.00 an hour and still another get this says that he charges 275.00 per hour. The bottom line is im reporting these two idiots to someone, I dont know who yet maybe the Arab counsel for fairness since the guy is some kind of arab or something.
Anyway stay clear of these two guys
