He will provide documents for a Company located in the UK and spin an elaborate story how they dont require a licence for Iceland. The address there is false and no company by this name exist.
The owners of the Comapny Arbitrage in the UK have no connection with this scam and it is an elaborate hoax using anothers information to spin a web.
