I odered merchandise on 7/31/05 that still has not been delivered as of 10/14/05.

I've tried to contact them by phone, but the minimum hold time is 15 minutes (once I even waited 45 minutes before hanging up without ever getting in touch with someone.)

They claim in marketing materials that they have other consultants who manage to sell over 14 million dollars worth of products; enough to 'earn' a new white Mercedes Benz. But I can't imagine that, given their incredibly poor response record with phone calls and their shipping time for my first (and last) order with them. Hey, at least gets the concept; people send money - the company sends products. Of course the Arbonne method is much more cost-effective. People send money - the company sends some products, eventually, while keeping the customer's money in their bank accounts.

There are lots of direct marketing companies out there! Be careful where you spend your money. Faster and people actually answer the phone!

First of all let me say I am truly sorry you have had a bad experience with Arbonne International. My friends, family and I have ordered from this company repeatedly without ever having a problem. All of our orders have always been received within 7 days. If an item has been out of stock, they have sent a travel size product FREE as a replacement and shipped the full size product promptly.

I have some questions for you as to your order. How was the order placed and who did you pay? Was this order placed directly online from Arbonne's site or did you pay in another manner from a home party of some sort? Did you receive a receipt via email from Arbonne confirming your order? And if so, did you ever receive a UPS shipment verification and tracking link saying the order had been shipped? All of these are customary when placing an order through the company.

I have only had to use the customer service line once, but never had a problem getting through. Are you calling during their business hours?

Field Support Hours are from 6am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday and 6 a.m.3 p.m. on Saturday.

If you were having to wait so long on the phone, why not send an email to customerservice@arbonne.com you abviously have internet access.

I realize these questions may seem elementary, but first of all you have not provided the most basic information as to whether your order was ever really placed with Arbonne by your consultant or whether it was lost in shipping by UPS.

If I were you I would have contacted my Arbonne consultant and let them handle the issue. Your consultant should have been able to track the status of your order directly from Arbonne's website for you. That is part of their job as a representative.

As to the part about the compensation plan being a rip off.... First of all you do not need to have 14 million dollars in sales to earn a white Mercedes. You need to work hard and build your business and your team to become a Regional Vice President. Financial success with this company comes from working hard and treating it like your own a business. They make no claims that everyone will earn a Mercedes. Just like Mary Kay doesn't claim all their representatives will earn a pink Cadillac. I personally know two women with Arbonne that live within a 30 mile radius of me who have both earned their Mercedes within a year's time. I know it is possible. Arbonne does not "give" them a Mercedes, nor is that stated anywhere at all on their website. The consultant purchases the car on their own and Arbonne gives them an $800 a month Car Bonus to pay for it which is clearly stated in their compensation plan summary.

Arbonne is a multi-million dollar company which just celebrated their 25 year anniversary. They are not a fly by night company. Their sales are doubling every year. They have not gotten that way by ripping people off, but by providing people with a quality product at a competitive price.
