Complaint Review: Arbor Properties-Linda Lowe

Linda Lowe is the owner of Arbor Properties, a property management company. We paid her to manage one of our properties and all she managed to do was steal from us. She told us that there was no reason to install a fence on our property because the renters didn't want one (but they really did, they had a dog). She then told the renters that the property was fenced when it wasn't. They were coming from out of state and had to trust her. We paid her a deposit and the renters paid her two and a half months rent and we still haven't seen one penny. This all totaled about $3000.

Our renters moved in to the home in May and have since moved out. She kept telling us over and over that the checks would be mailed out at the end of each month but nothing ever was sent out. She blames everything on "accounting issues." She is currently being sued by at least one other ex-customer and should not be allowed to continue to do business anywhere.
