What nasty customer service I recieved at the Arby's located at 3130 MARKET ST, YOUNGSTOWN, OH 44507 on October 26th at 6:27PM by employee "Dominique". I am still enraged by the way I was treated. This store is scheduled to be open on Sundays till 8PM. Since I didn't call ahead I did not know that they weren't serving walk in customers, all entrance doors were locked. By the time I got to the door and noticed this I went to the order sigh speaker, but it was broke.

I walked around to the pick up window where two cars were in line. I told the driver of the second car that I wanted to make an order and he shook his head to acknowledge me. I then asked him if he would inform the employees that I was in line to make an order. I stood back from both cars and in clear site of employees and the drivers of both cars.

I waved and smiled at the window clerk and manager inside to let them know I was in line for an order. When both cars had been served and left I approached the window and the employee "Dominique" behaved in a manner whioh suggested that I came to rob the store. She refused to answer my question, " if it was possible for me to get an order due to the doors being locked".

She rushed away from the window as though it were an emergency: although she had seen me outside of the window while both cars were being served and the driver of the second vehical told her that I was in line to make an order. The manager came to the window and allowed me to make an order because there was no night security and the resturant usually closes it's doors at 7:45PM to walk in customers.

I made my order with her and paid $7.78 for one Chicken Club Salad and a Jalapinos Bite. I stepped back away from the window and was in plain sight. When the order was completed, Dominique threw my order in the turn-style, revolved it and ran away from the window. She was in such a hurry that she didn't even put my receipt inside of the turn-style or bag. I knocked on the window to get someone to come back to the pick-up window.

I got my receipt and left for home. I wrote a complaint to Arby's online. This is the third time I have recieved bad customer service at this location. I feel other consumers need to know about this particular store location. When ever I get the urge to buy a quick meal it won't be from this restruant. What horrible service.

Arby's Corporation reviewed the complaint, contacted the manager of this store and informed them of the complaint. The Corporate sent me two free full meal tickets as compensation for the incident. I received the tickets in the 2nd of November 2008. I only visit Arby's due to a store being close. I may visit on a quartarly basis, I find that most of their foods have too much salt or sugar in them. I basically go for the ready made salads. I have spoken to the manager since this incident and I hold no ill reguards twards her or the company. It is just a sign of the times. From now on when I fee the need to purchase an afternoon fastfood snack will travel in the opposite direction to "McDonalds", and since I am walking and McDonalds is twice as far I don't think this will happen but two to three times a year. Customer service in the hood is a hard thing to find, and perhaps I should just stop looking.

Serving a walk up customer at the drive-thru violates most liability insurance policies.

"...the employee "Dominique" behaved in a manner whioh suggested that I came to rob the store..."
- Ummm yea she probably did. I am surprised that they served you at all. Most fast food places have rules against serving anyone at the drive-thru who is not in a car.

"...This is the third time I have recieved bad customer service at this location..."
- Then why do you keep going back?
