This company is CRIMINAL. I received less than helpful support from their Technical team for a very clear manufacturer defect they’ve failed to address. After spending over $1,000 on the infinity table, I have to replace it after only a few uses for the same issue MANY others have reported on all sorts of forums like Reddit, Quota and even YouTube, while being expected to pay HUNDREDS to replace it. This policy is inexcusable and I fully intend to share my experience anywhere and everywhere to ensure people I reach do not purchase this product this holiday season and disappoint their children because their company can’t even stand behind it for the first year. I’m disgusted with their failure to address this issue and revisit their policy knowing this is an issue with their product. I have never experienced such disrespect, lack of compassion and ownership from any purchase I’ve ever made where there was issues.
