Complaint Review: Arcadia Financial Ltd

we purchased a car and got financing through arcadia. i fell and broke my hip and was off for 3 1/2 months. we fell behinf in payments i wrote letters and mailed them with partial payments. low and behold a tow truck shoed up to repo the car no paper work gave me 15 minutes to clean it out. they resold it said they only got 3000. out of a 2001. we are making payments to them through a debt relief company. jeff calls me at home at work and mails letters telling me they are not getting payments.we have the proof that they are.
