Complaint Review: Arcadia Financial

I was making payment until I lost my job. I tried to make arrangements with them( Arcadia) to justify my payment. they did not want to hear anything. they started to threaten me and I decided to give them the auto back. At this time they wanted to try and make ammends to me to justify the payments and make arrangements. I was so far behind at this time it was out of control.

After they picked up the Rodeo. The letters started coming in threatening to garnish my wages. I asked for the bill of sale for the rodeo and a payment history because the amount they wanted was the same as the purchase price of the Rodeo. Everytime I called the office I cannot speak to anyone. I have sent certified letters to them. with no response. I am tired of them, I would like to see them refund everybody for the sale of their autos. This company has to be stopped.
