Complaint Review: Arcadia Financial

I bought a car in 1998 and financed $9900. i still owe $5000. My payments are due on the 4th of the month and they start calling me on the 3rd looking for their money.

i am a college student and have had some difficulty making payments a few times to which they were completely unsympathetic.

i think the interest on my loan must accrue by the hour. this is just insanity. they are very rude when they call and they call at least 3 times a day everyday even on weekends from 7am until 10pm. i am interested in class action. please keep me posted.

i never thought that buying a car could be such a nightmare.
