Complaint Review: Arcadia Transouth

This company is currently under investigation for the tactics they use in regards to interest rates, penalties and collection activities. I have filed a complaint against them with the FTC and I am awaiting a date for a hearing. I have a large amount of evidence against this company ( phone messages, caller ID logs, phone records of incoming calls, letters etc.) which demonstrates their reckless disregard for the law. This company uses illegal phone tactics and violates many federal laws in their activities. I got deceived by a car dealer into using these scum bags and it has been a huge mistake. Don't be afraid to take action against these clowns. Get a good lawyer and sue then for harassment as well as numerous other federal laws they break on a regular basis.
