Complaint Review: Arcadia Transouth

I have a car loan through Transouth. I have paid off 4 cars through them over the years. I am in independent consultant. My clients sometimes pay late and and have 60 days to pay on my invoices. As a result my payments are at times behind to Transouth.

I have recently began to receive vile and harrassing phone calls from Transouth. The reps screaming and cursing about payment. My cell phone rings as as many as 12 times a day from Transouth.

I do not reccomend anyone do business with or purchase vehicles from anyone using Transouth as a primary lender. I would enjoy hearing from others with similar experiences. I think there should be laws or some sort of consumer protection against such behavior by financial service orginazations. I am hoping that if enough of us network we may find representation and be able to file a class action suit based on the obscene and somewhat punative nature of Transouths communication tactics.
