The policy at arch enterprises is to give you a very reasonable quote over the phone. Then, once they receive your precious metals in the mail, they pay you much less than you were promised. If you complain they claim it was just a mistake and they will promise to make it up to you n your next shipment. On the next shipment they will just screw you over again, and even worse than the first time.

I personally have sold over $250,000.00 worh of gold and silver to Arch Enterprises, and have never had a single issue. I was always told how much to expect in payment (which was well above the industry standard), and always promptly received that exact amount. Over the course of my 2 year relationship with this company, I have been very pleased, and hope to sell more gold, silver, and platinum as I get it. This refiner is tops on my list,and I've dealt with many in my time in the precious metals business. Thank you Arch Enterprises, for your honesty and integrity in an industry which seldom has little of either.
