Arco am/pm lottery fraud Salem Oregon
I stopped by there to get some gas and coffee, and decided to check my lottery there. the cashier told me it wasnt a winner ticket but the machine had printed something and I knew looseing tickets don't print anything. Then he didnt charge me for the coffee either. this happened on 07/04/16 at 11:24 pm. I bought the ticket on my way to California from Rice Hill truck stop on 6/27/16 around midnight.
