I booked and all-inclusive vacation to Cancun with a company called Arco Iris. The trip was charged on my credit card and included Air Fare -Hotel- Land Excursions and food/drinks. 36 hours before my departure, the company sent me an email saying they had bad news and that my hotel/Excursions and transfers had been cancelled. They stated the airline tickets are still valid and if I wanted to use the airline tickets I could but I had to book my own hotel/transfers and excursions. They sent this cancellation via email and didn't even call me. It is a good thing I checked my email prior to departure or I would of been stuck upon arriving in Mexico.

I did book my own hotel since I had already scheduled the time off from work and used the airline tickets. The company (Arco Iris) owner (Ernesto Gomez) and Kevin (rep who booked my vacation) will not refund any of my money and will not return phone calls or emails. I have copies of all communications from this company pertaining to their fraudelant practices.
