Called Articold about 7 months ago for a cooling unit and never received it. Called back about 6 different times asking where is my unit at. They kept giving me a different story every time and wouldn't send me the unit. So once I asked for a refund I was never able to get ahold of them again. I had to call on a different phone and leave a mesasage saying I was interested in a unit. I finally got a call back but only because they wanted more money. 

They then told me that they had the wrong card number for the refund so i gave them the proper one and waited 2 weeks to see if my refund would apear in my account. It didn't and now I can't get ahold of them at all. They won't respond to my emails, and voice mails. All I want is my refund of $630. And from what I have been reading there has been a few cases like mine where people don't get there money back or a working unit. Anybody looking for a replacement refrigerator or cooling unit stay away from this company. They are bad buisness and they will just rip you off like they did to everyone else.
