Beware this developer for the following reasons.
1\ Does not kknow how to run a company.
2\ Does not return contracts to clients.
3\ Does not send clients receipts.
4\ Does not reply to clients emails
5\ Lies to agents about everything
6\ Does not care about clients
This company is not to be trusted with washing your car never mind build this development .

At the person fromIreland who apparently owns a unit and has had a positive experience thus far: Are you sure? Have you seen any photos of the development in progress (there are none). Have you been notified of any delays by the developer(s)? To date I have not.
They were supposed to start with construction in September of 2009. After we all like fools kept paying on our units, they still have nothing to show for it, and they are ominously quiet about it.
I have paid thousands of dollars towards my "unit" - right now I own nothing, at least nothing that I can see, sigh...

I am an owner of one of the units at the Areias Coloridas resort. So far I've had only positive experience with the Developer.
+ I have received my signed contract
+ I have received receipts of my payments
+ I have always received answers to my emails
Would be interested in seeing some proof for your statements.
