Areli Gonzales Lilly I got ripped off by ordering a trial of Skin Element and Eye Vibe. Pacolma California
When the merchandise arrived a letter was included stating that if I was not satisfied I had 30 days for a refund. On the 15th day I was charged $97.83 for the enrollment of the merchandise. I was not satisfied and when I called to cancel and request a RMA they informed me it was too late. They stated I could return and get refund minis $20 restocking fee!! I want my full refund $97.83.
I ordered a trial sample of Skin Element and Eye Vibe products. I received them in 5 days. I was not satisfied with the claims the product stated. The letter enclosed with the samples stated if not satisfied to return within 30 days for a refund and first call customer service for a RMA # to be on the return package, at my expense of course. I called them to request return information and they informed me that my 14 days to cancel had expired yesterday. My credit card was charged $97.83. I requested a full refund of the charged amount. They informed me they would refund me after they received the merchandise but there would be a $20 restocking fee. I told the representative the letter was misleading and did not say that I only had 14 days to cancel so that I would not be charged the full amount of $97.83. I was livid. The company purposely mislead me to believe that I had 30 days to return for a full refund. The credit card charged my account which in turn over drew my account. I was not expecting the charge so I had not budgeted for that money.
