My car was damaged by one of their gravel trucks. I called right away and Kathy from the company asked a few questions and said That is one of our trucks. We will mail you a claim form out today and when we get it back we will turn it over to our insurance company.
I got the estimates for the repair of my car and when I received the claim form, filled it out and sent it right back to the company. I called after not hearing from them for 3 weeks, Kathy said Oh, yes it is here on my desk and I will get this taken care of today. It's been over 5 months. Kathy will not take my calls or return my calls. I sent a registered letter to the GM of the company (Vern Wolley) and he did not even respond to this problem. A real class act. If you see their trucks stay away. Nice people? Very honorable? I suggest you use their competitors for any projects you may have.
