Gave the same exact story as other reports I have read. wolverhampton, Internet
Via craigslist I inquired about an Ipad. The seller responded saying she was now located in the UK but if I was interested let her know.
I emailed back saying I was and asked if she had paypal. She said "Well I found a way to sell the Ipad that would cover us both.It's a worldwide delivery company called TNT.They have a serviceThat will allow you to test the Ipad Before I receive my payment. " And left website to look at which I could not access.
I agreed and "TNT" sent an email with specific instructions to western union350 to tnt agent Jayson Alexonis. And to email them my MTCN number and name of sender. I went and paid western union, tried to email the number to 'TNT' but the message was sent back Maeler Daemon. I got suspicious. I emailed"Arianna Shearmur" and she said to email her my MTCN number and she would contact 'TNT'
Something seemed fishy, so i googled tnt wolver hampton and your site and others came up with almost identical scamsby an arianna of many last names, all claiming to be a chief logistic officer with Blue chip Removals uk. I went to western union and was able to get all my money back.
The early next morning i got an email from <TNT" saying they received my money and the Ipad was on the way. 30 minutes later I received another email from them that looked "less Official" stating that my TNT transaction was on hold and is in the attention of the Fraud dept(haha).western union told them that 'just when Western Union was about to release the payment they were told I asked for a refund. They asked me to explain the situation. I havnt heard from them since.
