I deeded my house to this man back in Mar 2010. He promised me that he would rent my house out for me for a 20% fee. He also said I had to deed the house to him to make it legal. I feel like such an idiot. I ofcourse deeded it over and he rented it as promised. Except for the fact I never saw a dime. He took all the money and left me holding the bag wityh the lender. Whats worse is I couldnt get the people out of the house cause it went into foreclosure but abekasis still collected rent. In fact I believe the renters are still there today. I dont have much money so I couldnt find an attorney to take my case. When I saw this website and his name on it I had to chime in. Stay away form this guy hes trouble

My Expereince with Mr Abekasis is all BLESSINGS! I almost lost my house over 3 years ago to the bank. I was in tremendous fear of the unknown and uncertain.
At the time I had lived in my house for over 8 years and paid timely mortgage. The downfall of my buisness pushed me to request the bank for loanmodification by lowering the interest rate for a short time of period but it was denied.
I became destitute, my life started to fall apart and I didnt know which way to turn.
A little over 2 years ago I was introduced to Mr Abekasis by a good freind of mine who I have worked with and created a trusted relationship.
Mr Abekasis reviewed my struggles with the bank and paperwork that I had put in earlier and he decided to help with this matter.
Also Knowing my financial weekness and hardship he agreed to do this for a small fee.
Today! I am still in my house with my family and loanmodification process is active and possibly will be granted ( prayers )
All I have to say! I have come to know him a bit closer. He is a gentleman, who cares about many, his and other families. Mr Abekasis is a kind giving man who has learned about my struggles and pains over the last two years and feels for me and my family and helped out in all possible ways.
Once he said to me: Everyone expects miracles but I am not that POWER so please dont crucify me " I will do my best what I can " .
It has been my ultimate pleasure knowing him.

I am closely involved with Arie's dealings first hand. I came to know him after I assigned him one of my many properties to try and salvage out of sure foreclosure. After he successfully demonstrated that as a manager for the law offices of Leslie Richards and the IFC Law Group you couldn't ask for better care, I then asked him to take on 3 more properties. Since my entire financial future is in his hands I find myself present at his place of employment almost on a daily basis. Because of my extensive knowledge in real estate, Arie has asked me for advice on almost every dealings he is managing for the firm. In no way these reports are correct from Mr. Ripoff reporter. your stunts are useless and show that you are acting out of desperation and envy. Arie's success derives from honest reliable and professional management skills and tremendous wisdom. At this point all you can do is eat your heart out roll over and vanish from his life.
