Ordered an Umbrella Mosquito Net in October 2009.  Received confimation and order number, but informed that as it was the end of the season, they could not fill the order until spring 2010.  May 15, 2010, received notification of new address.  Friday, May 28, received telephone call that Mosquito Net would be shipped within 48 hours.  Credit card charged for full amount Monday, May31 (note Friday - no bank transactions until Monday!).  To date, no Mosquito Net and no response to several telephone calls but beautiful, smooth voice saying "All our Customer Service personnel are currently occupied.  Please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you. Have a nice day!"

A very smooth and sophisticated operation.  Beware!!!

This is a follow-up to posting of June4, 2010.

Better Business Bureau reports ARIS mosquito control is rated "F" on a scale from "A - F"!

103 complaints have been filed against this company with the Bureau (Mid-western and central Ontario office).  File was opened in 2004. This is a company to deal with at your own risk, mosqitoes bite! And the fight against them continues!

PS.  Credit card company will not take any action until 30 days have elapsed from date of shipping even though there is no guarantee it has been shipped. They suggest writing to the company even though I explained they have not responded to any email or telephone call for six months.
