What you are reading is true. I have been with Arise for about 2 years. I have had 2 clients and the only one that was decent to work for was AAAMSC. But then they dropped their pay, telling us that we would make more money this way...try to figure that one out, so I started looking for another client so I could make more money. I also moved and was dealing with illness, flu type illness, so I could not put in the required hours. They terminated me. Before I started with AAA I took a class for Carnival Cruise. The first time I took the class I went through the whole class and started the certification calls and I was working for a couple of days. Then my instructor said they could not certify me and I had to take the class over or try something else. Since a friend of mine was also signed up to take the Carnival class, I did sign up for the class again. I had to pay for the class the second time, as well. While in the class, when I wanted to participate, the instructor said, "No you can't answer, we know you already know the answer" so she would not let me do anything. I helped others that were in the class and helped the instructor explain the "How to's" in the breakout rooms and when I got to the certification calls, I got ONE call and was told I could not be certified AGAIN. Of course, there were NO refunds.

After I was terminated from AAA, my PF was hoping I could get recertified because she knew I was a good worker but Arise would not let me recertify so I tried with Apple. Well, I passed all the tests with flying colors, and did everything with above average results but when I took the certification calls, the PF's that did the mock calls lied on the score sheet and gave lame comments which gave me very low scores. I had to get at least an average of 80%...well they made sure I didn't. I even told my instructor and she felt terrible but had her hands tied, supposedly, and could do nothing about it. Now I just finished a class with Disney Dining and the same thing happened. I flew through the class and did very well on the tests and was helping others that needed it. I even made cheat sheets to help others understand the steps help input the info on the application. But when it came to certification, the application did not work properly, they said we were taking live calls with real people and they were not, they were scripted calls made by PF's and they did not certify me because of the lies that the PF's reported. I have proof of this because my brother sat through the Apple class and the Disney Dining class as well as the certification calls. He saw what went on and how scammed me twice. So if the person that wants to hire an attorney and file a class action suit, count me in. They do not care, they are stealing money right and left from people in so many ways it is unreal. The rebutals are are just people that are paid to make positive comment for Arise. They are not a good company. They do not care how they financially drain people and you can not talk to a human to discuss anything.
