Arishost Poor service Ripoff bad business practice Internet

An Internet domain name registration service and hosting service.

Have had my domain registered with Arishost since August 2001. Paid on time every year for services.

September 2004 Arishost misses keeping my domain in my ownership and allows it to be transferred to a new company. This came to my attention first September 2005.

My payment has been made every year including period up to September 2006.

I can still log on to my account and all details are correct and upto date. But the domain is now owned by someone else.

Sent Emails to "sales" first - no reply. Therefore I contacted: "support", "billing", "account", "feedback" and "abuse".

The following is Arishosts ("support")reply back in September and my comment:

"Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting ArisHost Support.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will just refund you the payment that you made for the account.

Thank you for sending your issue to Technical Support. If your issue was not resolved, please reply to this email leaving all text intact, and be sure to give us a detailed description of how we can further assist you.

"Dear Sirs,

Your reply is just not good enough. I have had that domain for quite a number of years now. If your system faild to renew MY domain then I want you to fix this immediately. I am not interested in registering a
new domain. I want the one that you have failed to caretaker for me correctly."

Need help getting compensation.
